Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the state where facilities are located is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible for multi-site management and staff development in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Census: set and monitor annual census and mix objectives with budget and business plan; ensure sales/marketing plan to maximize census.
• Quality of Care: ensure compliance via CQI processes and monthly CQI program reviews across facilities.
• Net Operating Income: conduct monthly budget reviews, monitor labor and supply costs, maximize ancillary revenue and proper reimbursement processes.
• Administrator Development: ensure proper orientation for new administrators, conduct annual and quarterly performance reviews, and support professional growth for department heads.
