Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee nursing home administrators across a region, drive census growth, maintain resident care quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes planning, financial controls, and development of leadership teams.

The RDO will partner with the CEO to set objectives, monitor performance, and implement CCCN programs and philosophy across facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
Minimum of five years of multi-site management and staff development experience in long-term care.
At least 5 years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Strong communication and leadership abilities; regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

Set census and mix objectives in alignment with budget and business plan; ensure sales/marketing plan to maximize census.
Ensure facility programs meet quality of care standards and CQI processes are in place; review CQI monthly.
Conduct monthly budget review, monitor labor and supplies, maximize ancillary revenue, and oversee reimbursement processes.
Develop new administrators; conduct performance reviews and set objectives for leadership.
