Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Operations based in Long Island, NY to lead a network of orthodontic practices across the NY Market. In this high-impact role you’ll drive growth, improve performance, and ensure exceptional patient care.

You’ll own the region’s P&L, coach practice leaders, partner with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with doctors and local teams while traveling up to 50% within the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare/orthodontics
• 5+ years of people management and team development
• Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills
• Willingness to travel 50% within the region

You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, regional P&L, and team development—while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and fun.

What You’ll Do:

• A proven leader with 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years managing people
