Job summary

The Waters Fort Wayne is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee daily facility operations and ensure high standards of care. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, align clinical and non-clinical services, and drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include setting goals, mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with medical leadership to deliver patient-centered outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Multi-facility experience.
• CDM required, or Degree in Dietary Services.

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results

• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs

• Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
