Job summary

Accela Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and oversight across our Philadelphia area skilled nursing facilities. You will collaborate with Administrators and DONs to promote high-quality resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and consistent nursing practices across all sites.

You will lead clinical teams, drive improvement initiatives, ensure CMS and Pennsylvania Health Department compliance, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
BSN preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Experience as a Director/Regional Director of Nursing or similar senior clinical leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing leadership teams.
Oversee nursing operations, staffing, and resident care across facilities.
Promote clinical improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality measures, infection prevention, and documentation.
