Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing for an on-site role in Tampa, FL, with occasional travel. You will oversee nursing operations, lead staff development, ensure care quality, and collaborate across departments to sustain a patient-focused environment.

The role emphasizes policy development, compliance, and staff mentorship, with a HALOS-driven culture that supports advancement and teamwork.

Formación

• RN required and licensed in the United States
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Supervisory/management experience required
• Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead Nursing Operations: establish priorities, assign tasks, provide coaching and discipline as needed
• Ensure quality by conducting rounds and monitoring staff documentation
• Develop and maintain nursing care objectives, policies, and procedures with senior leadership
• Support patient care by developing care plans and ensuring physician orders compliance
• Collaborate across departments to promote communication and coordination
• Foster a positive work environment to boost morale and retention
• Promote compliance with patient rights and company policies
