Job summary

Angels-of-Care-Pediatric-Home-Healt is seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality pediatric home health within the assigned region. You will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and guidance to nursing and care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

The role collaborates with patients, families, physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, address concerns and support optimal health

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care within assigned region, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff.
• Coordinate care plans with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct supervisory visits and complete assessments per policy.
• Develop and implement treatment programs and monitor progress.
• Serve as liaison between agency, physicians, hospitals and other providers.
• Participate in staff development and orientation.
• Ensure on-call coverage and accurate documentation.
