You will supervise staff, develop nursing policies, coordinate patient care plans, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• RN required.
• Supervisory or nurse management experience required.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support Nursing Operations: Establish priorities, assign tasks, communicate policies, and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
• Monitor Quality Care: Conduct rounds, oversee staff activities, and review documentation to ensure nursing care aligns with physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain Standards: Develop and implement nursing objectives, policies, and procedures with other nursing leaders.
• Coordinate Patient Care: Help create and maintain patient care plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Promote Collaboration: Work with other departments to align nursing operations with agency goals.
• Foster a Positive Work Environment: Encourage practices that boost morale, retention, and teamwork.
• Maintain Positive Communication: Ensure regular contact with patients and families to address concerns.
• Collaborate with Administration: Discuss patient, personnel, and service needs with the Administrator.
• Assign Personnel: Allocate staff to patients based on needs and physician care plans.
