Regional Director of EHS | Construction | Phoenix, AZ

\$200K - \$250K Base Salary + Bonus + Employee Ownership

We are confidentially representing a leading construction organization seeking an experienced Director of Safety & EHS to provide leadership across its Southwest operations.

This is an opportunity to inherit and lead a 15-20 person EHS team in an important and growing market. The organization has built a talented young team and is looking for a proven construction safety leader who can develop people, elevate standards, partner effectively with Operations and provide the leadership expected on major, complex projects.

Ideal Experience

• Senior EHS/Safety leadership experience within construction


• Experience supporting \$150M+ construction projects


• Proven leadership of sizeable EHS/Safety teams


• Strong operational mindset and credibility with field and executive leadership


• Track record developing younger safety professionals and building high-performing teams


• Ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to projects and field operations


• Based in Phoenix/Tempe or open to candidates with an interest in relocating to Arizona. All relocation costs will be paid for by the company.

This position reports directly to senior Operations leadership and offers significant visibility and influence within the organization.

Compensation: Highly Competitive and negotiable depending upon experience.
