Job summary

Blue Line Distribution, part of Little Caesars' distribution network, seeks an executive to lead one of its regional distribution centers and satellites. You will partner with DC Directors and the VP of NA Distribution to drive performance, safety, and cost efficiency across the zone.

This role requires 10+ years in multi-location warehousing, strong financial and operational acumen, and ability to travel up to 50%. Full benefits and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related discipline.
• Ten or more years’ experience in a multi-location warehouse/distribution setting.
• Proven financial acumen and ability to analyze business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute strategic and tactical operational initiatives across DCs and satellites.
• Lead regional system development to streamline zone operations and deliveries.
• Ensure safety, quality, sanitation, and cost management while meeting targets.
