Job summary

Blue Line Distribution, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, seeks a Transportation Supervisor for our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will lead the transportation team, manage driver schedules and routes, and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards while driving efficiency and cost controls.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in transportation, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and proficiency with systems like PeopleNet and Appian.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience within the transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of DOT, FDA, OSHA, CSA compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and onboard systems (PeopleNet, Appian).
• Experience in fleet maintenance and managing driver routes.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation department in strategic and day-to-day activities.
• Manage schedules, routes, logs, and driver performance.
• Develop maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards are met.
• Train drivers and oversee driver performance and rides.
