Position Overview
ReNew Wound Care is seeking an accomplished and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our leadership team as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for the New York region. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will be pivotal in ensuring clinical excellence, mentoring providers, and strengthening our healthcare partnerships.
This is a remote-based position requiring regular travel within New York.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical education, training, and hands-on support to healthcare providers on advanced wound care protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, facility staff, and leadership teams.
Collaborate closely with internal operations and business teams to support seamless service delivery.
Conduct routine site visits to monitor clinical practices, ensure compliance, and drive superior patient outcomes.
Advise on product utilization and offer expert guidance on clinical inquiries.
Develop training resources, clinical guidelines, and frameworks for best practices.
Track, analyze, and report clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and clinical innovations.
Respond promptly to provider needs and troubleshoot clinical challenges on-site.
Qualifications
Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Extensive experience in advanced wound care management.
Wound Care Certification from a nationally recognized accrediting body (e.g., WCC, CWCN, or similar).
Proven experience in clinical education, field-based roles, or healthcare account management.
Strong leadership abilities, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout New York.
