Job summary

World Relief seeks a Regional Leader to oversee the health and sustainability of all offices in the region and to lead Site Managers and Site Directors across the region. The role aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic directions while driving growth and stabilization across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with development, advocacy teams, and the US Leadership Team to expand refugee and immigrant services, manage budgets, staff development, and program evaluation

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission and values.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Authorization to legally work in the US and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets over $1M (preferred).
• Experience with grants, fundraising, and refugee/immigrant programming (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and sustainability of all regional offices and lead Site Directors and Site Managers.
• Develop strategic plans for growth, stability, and outreach.
• Facilitate staff development, performance management, and HRIS updates.
• Lead regional fundraising and cultivate community partnerships to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with development, advocacy, and US Leadership Team to expand services.
• Monitor regional budgets, programs, and compliance with policies.
