Devon Self Storage is seeking a full-time Regional Director to oversee up to 20 locations in Wisconsin or Illinois, coaching store teams and partnering with Operations to drive growth and efficiency. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, policy implementation, and optimizing P&L performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of self-storage multi-unit management, strong leadership and communication, and must reside in WI or IL or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in self-storage or multi-unit management.
• Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois or be willing to relocate without relocation assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple site locations with sales, profitability, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store teams across up to 20 locations.
• Oversee P&L ownership, CAPEX planning, revenue management, and growth initiatives.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Set expectations and ensure policy compliance and KPI achievement.
• Manage vendor partnerships for auctions and related processes.
• Partner with recruitment to interview and hire strong candidates.
• Travel up to 50% and support field leadership.
