Magical Beginnings is expanding its presence on Long Island and seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site growth. This builder's role requires adept change management, relationship-building, and the ability to harmonize policies as new schools come online.

The role oversees Directors, the Facilities Manager, and cross-team initiatives, with a focus on quality, compliance, and culture across the region. A strong leader with staff development experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in early education organizations.
• Proven experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with solid management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions across the territory, including Directors and Facilities Manager oversight.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews; build leadership pipeline through mentorship.
• Lead operational integration for acquisitions and new schools; align policies and systems.
• Manage regional budgets, KPIs, and financial performance; support enrollment and staffing.
• Conduct audits, site visits, and drive continuous quality improvement across the region.
