Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, sales, and personnel management across multiple units.
• Promote safety as the top priority and implement safety programs.
• Monitor regional sales, profitability, and bids with BU Directors.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, and capital requests.
• Manage hiring, training, and staff development; engage employees.
• Coordinate with HR and maintain equipment and facilities.
