Job summary

RAM Enterprise, Inc. seeks an experienced project manager in the mining sector to oversee multiple on-site projects, coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure strict safety compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision, MSHA certification, and a valid driver’s license, with preference for candidates living within 1 hour of Palmer, AK. Strong vendor management and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-the-job supervision experience in industrial/mining environments.
• MSHA certification current or completed within last 2 years.
• Valid driver's license required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site project teams and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee project progress, scheduling, equipment and materials delivery.
• Develop annual budgets and capital expenditure plans with customer action plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and manage quotations to order status.
• Coordinate with multiple contractors and subcontractors.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets; ensure deadlines.
• Mentor and train team members and plan succession.
