The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in behavioral health and Louisiana licensure, with strong budgeting and leadership experience. This is an on-site role based in Baton Rouge or Lafayette, LA.

Position Description

• As Regional Director of Louisiana ABH, this position is responsible for the effective management and leadership of adult behavioral health services in Louisiana, the application and implementation of established policies and procedures, the administration either directly or through delegation of all its operating elements.
• The Director is responsible for ensuring that the continuum of programs and services is responsive to community needs, are of the highest quality and are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
