Job summary

NorthEast Residential Services is seeking a Regional Director to lead and support our residential programs across assigned sites. You will work with Program Managers and House Managers to keep programs running smoothly and ensure staff and individuals receive the supports they need.

This full-time leadership role involves guiding managers, addressing staffing and day-to-day challenges, maintaining quality and compliance, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is important.
• Experience in human services or residential services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers and House Managers to ensure smooth operations.
