Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access for immunology products.
• 2 years leadership experience with proven team development.
• Ability to coach/train and explain complex reimbursement policies.
• Understanding of Medicare Parts A-D and specialty drug distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional FRM team to provide compliant access and reimbursement services.
• Conduct field ride-alongs to assess performance and coach on AbbVie-approved tools.
• Collaborate across Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement Hub.
• Implement local strategies, identify training opportunities, and monitor policy changes.
• Track activity and capacity using analytics; ensure regulatory compliance.
