AbbVie in the United States seeks an Immunology Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to lead regional marketing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize brand performance across assigned geographies. Qualifications

2+ years in Immunology sales/marketing preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Experience in Immunology is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic marketing initiatives for Immunology across national and regional geographies.
Coordinate with Agency Partners, Marketing, Market Research, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant execution.
Develop regional engagement plans with External Experts and other stakeholders.
Analyze market drivers, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence to optimize brand performance.
Collaborate with field leadership to align pull-through of marketing strategies.
