Job summary
Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development for the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. The role focuses on hospital liaison and post-acute referral growth across our skilled nursing facilities, driving census and market presence.
The ideal candidate brings healthcare business development experience, strong hospital relationships, and leadership capabilities to guide regional teams and cross-functional collaboration with clinical leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare business development, hospital relations, or post-acute care is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain hospital and healthcare system relationships.
- Experience leading hospital liaisons or business development teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional leadership and oversight for hospital liaison and business development activities across Cincinnati and Dayton.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to increase referrals, admissions, census, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and payers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor facility-level hospital liaisons and business development representatives.
