Job summary

Gentiva is seeking a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to lead hospice branch operations across Florida, partnering with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality care and strong regulatory readiness.

This role involves regular in-person travel within Florida and reports to the VP of Operations. You will mentor leaders, drive education, audits, and best-practice adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Minimum 5 years of operations/leadership experience, 3+ years in hospice.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to branch leaders on ops standards.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and retention of leaders.
• Conduct on-site visits and audits for education and process improvement.
• Track regulatory readiness and support inspections and accreditation.
