Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Illinois seeks a Geography Regional Director to oversee all service line operations and performance across locations, reporting to the Senior Vice President/Northern Bureau Chief. This leadership role drives growth, community engagement, outreach and advocacy.

Extensive knowledge of current HIV/AIDS care standards and RW programs is essential. You will collaborate with local and national teams, coordinate site performance metrics, and guide maintenance of healthcare

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of current standards of HIV/AIDS care.
• RW programs knowledge and HIV testing familiarity.
• Strong cross-functional communication with local and national teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth, expansion, community engagement and events across Illinois locations.
• Serve as liaison between AHF and grass roots community organizations and health departments.
• Assist with assessing funding opportunities, monitoring contract deliverables and ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement processes to improve overall patient care and monitor site performance metrics.
• Participate in employee engagement, hiring and mentoring; oversee site maintenance and construction.
