Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years in a leadership role with proven strategic planning, fiscal management and leadership capacity.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Excellent leadership, management and facilitation skills with ability to counsel, collaborate and negotiate.
• Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent program design and evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage employees within a unit and persuade/ negotiate with peers.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organizational structure with autonomy.
• Commitment to mission, values, and collaborative leadership.

• Directs development of a region-wide framework linking social and clinical care.
• Advances partnerships with hospitals, payers, and community organizations.
• Oversees policy development and reporting for community benefit activities.
• Leads CHWB to address health equity and dismantle systemic racism.
• Manages CHWB staff, hiring, training, and performance.
• Develops long- and short-term goals, budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Represents Trinity Health at boards, professional meetings, and committees.
• Ensures compliance with laws and integrity policies across the department.
