The position requires a Master’s degree in health administration or related field and 10+ years of senior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health administration or related field required.
• 10+ years in a leadership role with proven strategic planning and fiscal oversight.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Ability to design and evaluate programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of CHWB strategy across the region.
• Direct community health worker infrastructure and related reporting.
• Advance partnerships with hospitals, payers, and community orgs.
• Ensure compliant reporting of community benefit activities per IRS rules.
• Oversee grants, budgets, and community health needs assessments.
