Job summary
Natera is seeking an experienced Regional Director to build, lead, and develop a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists focused on Genitourinary cancers across the Western United States. This leadership role will drive Signatera adoption and regional sales objectives within GU oncology markets.
You will recruit and coach a 10-person team, collaborate with Core Oncology Sales and cross-functional partners, and travel up to 75% to major academic medical centers, urology practices, and community
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in Oncology, Molecular Diagnostics, or related fields.
- 5+ years in sales leadership within healthcare.
- GU Oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to academic medical centers and large systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of ~10 Clinical Oncology Specialists.
- Develop regional sales strategies and drive Signatera adoption.
- Build relationships with KOLs and major cancer centers.
- Collaborate with Core Oncology Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends and lead regional business plans.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
- Ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days of hire.
- Attend local, regional, and national oncology conferences.
