Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead and grow high-quality early childhood programs across an assigned region in California.

You will manage regional teams, budgets, licensing, and stakeholder relationships while aligning with organizational priorities and statewide projects. The role requires 5–8 years of progressive leadership, experience with multi-site operations, and strong collaboration with school districts, partners, and internal departments to drive program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Education, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site settings.
• Experience supervising teams, budgeting, and ensuring operational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across assigned centers to ensure fiscal soundness, staffing, compliance, and quality.
• Develop regional plans and use performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify new program opportunities and pursue growth aligned with priorities.
• Manage regional and center budgets using enrollment trends and market conditions.
