Restaurant Associates, the industry’s leading provider of dining and event catering for museums, performing arts centers and corporations, seeks a NY-based Regional Director to lead strategy, operations and cross-functional teams. Reporting to the President of Operations, you will drive business performance and maintain strong relationships with clients and RA/Compass stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and lead RA’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves KPIs.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.
• Build relationships at all levels of RA, client, and Compass organizations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress and new programs.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure financial performance and client forecasts; optimize operational efficiency.
• Promote company policies and safety compliance.
• Support recruitment and training; coach management staff for staffing and talent management.
• Coordinate with labor relations and union contract negotiations where applicable.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per corporate policies.
• Project and practice ownership attributes to provide high level of customer service.
