Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within commercial and/or multifamily flooring.
• New construction flooring experience is required.
• Proven success leading operational teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie in absence of higher leadership.
• Experience managing multiple projects, personnel, and priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth mindset in a expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a growing branch location.
