Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Regional Director of Critical Infrastructure to lead maintenance across their designated facilities. You will oversee budgets, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive compliance with company standards and risk controls.

You will manage a team, coordinate with vendors and public partners, steer lifecycle decisions, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high reliability and uptime across regional data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working in data center environment.
• Well-versed in data center electrical/Mechanical infrastructure systems (Generators, UPS, Transformers, Distribution, Chillers, HVAC systems, Fire Protection Systems).
• Functional knowledge of HVAC, Fire Alarm, BMS, electrical systems, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification/Formal Training in electrical, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day management and/or operating oversight of the maintenance department.
• Develops and implements plans to promote growth and enhancement of DataBank maintenance functions.
• Works with management to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Assesses incidents for resolution and coordinates with internal/external personnel.
• Directs maintenance operations to meet time frames and compliance requirements.
• Facilitates meetings to identify issues and support staff.
• Performs personnel functions to maintain staffing and productivity within budget.
• Recommends policies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Responds to emergencies during and after hours to resolve safety or network concerns.
• Manages annual budgets with VP/CFO; oversees change controls and maintenance documentation.
• Ensures lifecycle planning and risk assessment for infrastructure replacements.
• Trains maintenance personnel and integrates national vendor strategies to reduce costs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
