Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a regional leader to oversee critical infrastructure maintenance across designated data centers. The role requires coordinating budgets, vendor management, and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have 10+ years in data center environments with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and leadership; excellent communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center environments.
• Electrical/Mechanical infrastructure knowledge: generators, UPS, transformers, distribution, chillers.
• HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and oversight of the maintenance department.
• Develop plans to promote growth and enhancement of DataBank maintenance functions.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations with management team.
• Oversee budgets and vendor contracts within region.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain services.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with DataBank standards and risk criteria.
• Train maintenance personnel on systems and procedures.
• Identify equipment end-of-life risks and replacements.
• Aim to reduce costs by leveraging national vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
