Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting/professional services, customer success, or related customer-facing roles
• 5+ years at management level leading teams
• Experience managing 12+ individual contributors in enterprise-scale organizations
• Cloud/SaaS software environment experience
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and negotiation at all organizational levels
• Experience with Data 360, CRM, or similar enterprise software platforms preferred
• BA/BS Degree in technical, business, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class team of Success Architects.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization.
• Manage metrics like CSAT, productivity, time to resolve, outcomes.
• Escalation point for high severity issues.
