Job summary

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is seeking a performance-driven team player to engage and manage volunteer activities, event fundraising and mission granting program oversight in Kentucky and Tennessee. This remote role requires coordinating local chapters, workshops, and reviewing grant proposals to support hunting heritage and habitat projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, Communications, or related field.
• Five years additional professional experience in a business environment.
• Experience working with volunteers and fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and guide local chapter committees for fundraising events.
• Collaborate with volunteers and chairs to ensure compliance and planning.
• Plan and execute an annual in-person volunteer workshop.
• Chair/co-chair the granting process for hunting heritage and habitat projects.
• Recruit volunteers and expand chapters across the region.
• Maintain records and respond to inquiries about RMEF activities.
