Job summary

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) seeks a performance-driven fundraiser to advance major gifts and planned giving. You will manage a portfolio of 100–120 donors and prospects, cultivate relationships, and steward gifts for estate plans and retirement accounts.

The role is remote, located in the Eastern Region of the United States, with frequent travel and occasional late hours. A Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in development or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in development, financial services, estate planning, or a related field.
• Experience, coursework, or training in estate and trust administration, estate planning, estate litigation, and planned giving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors and prospects.
• Manage a portfolio of 100–120 major donors and prospects.
• Work with development support staff to create internal processes and organize events.
