Job summary

Meta Platforms, Inc. is hiring two Regional Managers to lead teams within our data center Community Engagement organization, with a preference for the Western and Eastern United States.

Each Regional Manager will oversee Community Engagement Managers and drive community development initiatives across their region, collaborating with site selection, operations, policy, communications, and public affairs to align with company priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public affairs, nonprofit management, government relations, or public-facing engagement.
• Experience with nonprofit grants, donation, and CSR planning.
• Ability to communicate and work with highly confidential information.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with local and state policy processes and legislative planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive community affairs initiatives across regional data center markets.
• Lead a team of community engagement managers with strategic direction and accountability.
• Build external relationships with stakeholders and elected officials to advance company priorities.
• Align cross-functional teams (site selection, policy, communications, operations) to regional strategies.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 75%).
