Troon is seeking a Community Association Manager in Elk Grove, CA to oversee administration, operation, and management of community facilities and amenities within a hospitality-forward property portfolio.

You will lead teams, supervise staff and vendors, and deliver reporting to the Board and Resort Director, ensuring safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction at a first-class level.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree with a concentration in business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to three years of CAM or related business experience highly preferred.
• Outstanding customer service, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Capacity to work in a complex reporting environment with a large, diverse team.

Aufgaben

• Supervises hiring and management of direct employees, and outside vendor staffing.
• Conducts frequent meetings with direct reports to communicate goals and ensure quality.
• Plans and oversees protection of community assets and records.
• Inspects community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.
• Documents and assists residents regarding complaints about staff conduct.
• Directs inspections to ensure safety rules are posted and enforced.
• Prepares reports and insurance claims for damages and repairs.
• Maintains agendas and board/committee meeting records.
• Ensures compliance with HOA rules, bylaws, and governing documents.
