Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships within approved budgets and maximize value.
  • Identify potential expansion and close new business to hit financial goals for the area.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to review RFPs, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Maintain Salesforce database for prospects and new business.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings and monthly training sessions.
  • Manage performance and development of operations teams, including coaching and discipline as needed.
  • Review subcontractor invoices and ensure budgets are met.

The Resident Regional Director (RRD) is responsible for the operations of multiple offices or locations within a client contract. The RRD provides leadership, motivation, accountability, and development of all MCS associates and ensures the client account is meeting quality standards as well as financial objectives. The RRD is responsible for identifying sales opportunities through expansion of client and referral business. The RRD ensures client accounts are meeting contractual obligations, company policies and procedures are followed, and inspires a positive work culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Lead the client relationship within the approve budget, while providing the client with the maximum value.
  • Identify potential expansion of business, generates proposals and closes new business to achieve the financial and sales goals for the assigned area per right client right terms.
  • Collaborate with MCS Business Development to review all RFP’s, pricing and service agreements.
  • Maintain database (Salesforce) for prospects and new business.
  • Attend networking events and participate in trade associations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure daily notes from field are reviewed with operations teams.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customers’ emails throughout the day.
  • Oversite of payroll to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings and monthly training sessions.
  • Partner with Operations team to correct service deficiencies; and, if needed, walk sites with Operations team during and after business hours.
  • Develop and implement sustainable action plans as required.
  • Perform monthly P&L review with the operations teams.
  • Manage and ensure effective communication between facility locations, Office Management, and all corporate departments.
  • Develop and implement onboarding schedule for all new hires and account transition.
  • Manage performance of operations teams, including evaluating, coaching, developing and disciplining members as needed.
  • Effectively use and understand MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
  • Provide oversite and utilize to ensure managers are effectively controlling labor and all other expenses per corporate budget.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy and set budgets.
  • Effectively manager subcontractor agreements to ensure quality and budgets expectaions are met.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Five years of progressive management responsibility in a field directly related to this position with successful multi-site leadership responsibilities.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, site staff, and MasterCorp employees by written and verbal means.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills– Bilingual is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with peers, management, and clients.
  • Work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Locally within the client sites - <2% overnight travel.

Physical Requirements

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
