Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH, seeks a Regional Director for Closely Held Asset Management within the Global Trusts & Estates Practice.

You will lead a team, oversee the management of closely held assets in private banking accounts, and drive revenue growth while ensuring fiduciary and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with senior management, Trust Officers, bankers, and external advisors, and provide strategic leadership to CHAM Asset Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced credentials are advantageous.
• At least 10 years of experience in trusts & estates, business valuation, investment management, private business advisory, legal, and/or accounting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, oral, and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel (less than 15%).

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives with Trust Officers, Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and external advisors to grow revenue and assets.
• Oversee fiduciary management of closely held assets and ensure compliance with banking regulations and fiduciary standards.
• Oversee asset management reviews, including governance, financial reporting, and marketability assessments.
• Provide strategic leadership to CHAM Asset Managers and internal partners; develop training and marketing materials.
• Lead and mentor Asset Managers to ensure successful execution of responsibilities.
• Engage with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to address complex client issues and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes.
