Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Regional Director for Closely Held Asset Management to lead a high-performing CHAM team and strategically grow assets in trust and estate accounts for Private Banking clients.

You will report to the CHAM Practice Lead, guide asset reviews, and collaborate with senior management to drive initiatives to completion while ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced credentials are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in trusts & estates, business valuation, investment management, or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead a team of professionals and manage assets with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development to grow revenue and assets under management for CHAM.
• Oversee fiduciary management of closely held assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee due diligence, governance reviews, and reporting of asset performance.
• Provide leadership to CHAM Asset Managers and coordinate with internal partners.
• Engage stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, and Risk to address complex issues.
