You will perform asset reviews, financial analysis, and valuation, while coordinating with executives, advisors, and clients on complex corporate actions to manage risk and opportunities. The role requires senior expertise in asset management, trusts & estates, and the ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Advanced degrees (JD, MBA, CFA, ASA, CPA, CTFA) are a plus.
• 5+ years closely held asset management or related finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asset reviews and financial analysis for closely held assets.
• Evaluate and approve key corporate actions and transactions.
• Interact with clients, trustees, and JPMorgan partners on asset management matters.
• Support governance and day-to-day asset administration tasks.
