Job summary

OnPath Credit Union is seeking a Regional Director for the Northshore locations to oversee multiple branches, drive growth, and maintain excellent member service. You will lead branch managers, set goals, and ensure operational efficiency in a dynamic credit union environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong skills in communication, strategic planning, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Management experience preferred.
• A high school degree or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and branches.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to branch managers within the district to align with strategic goals.
• Regularly analyzes branch performance reports and develops growth strategies.
• Ensures high levels of service and resolves escalated member concerns promptly.
• Drives district growth by identifying market opportunities and improving offerings.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and conducts regular risk assessments.
