SCP Health is seeking a Regional Anesthesia Operations Manager to oversee multiple facility sites. The role focuses on staffing, escalation management, and aligning anesthesia coverage with clinical needs across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare operations, practice management, or facility administration experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites or operational leaders.
• Anesthesia, surgical services, or perioperative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides regional oversight, coaching, and performance management for Anesthesia Operations Managers across assigned facility sites.
• Owns regional staffing and coverage strategy, including after-hours coverage & premium shift utilization.
• Partners with Medical Directors/Chiefs and CRNA/CAA leadership to align anesthesia coverage with clinical needs.
• Leads growth strategy discussions with hospital leadership regarding procedural service expansion and new sites.
• Develops and monitors regional performance metrics and dashboards; reports trends and risks to leadership.
