Colonial Group seeks a Regional Director to oversee ambulatory surgical centers with full P&L accountability. You will lead site CEOs/Administrators, drive strategic plans, growth, and operational efficiency across the market, ensuring high-quality clinical services in a compliant environment.

You will partner with physicians, development, sales, and revenue cycle teams to grow revenue, negotiate contracts, and implement market-wide initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of progressive management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with strategic planning and business development across markets.
• Experience growing and scaling an innovative service-oriented business model.
• Operational and strategic experience with fiscal management and contracts.

• Lead ASC-wide strategy and provide oversight to operations.
• Partner with physicians and industry leaders; present partnership value.
• Support policy development and strategic planning for growth.
• Grow ASC revenue; coordinate with development, managed care, and clinical teams.
• Negotiate and approve strategic contracts and new agreements.
• Develop and drive marketing/development plans for growth and profitability.
• Drive market-specific business models and navigate regulatory challenges.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
• Assist in budgeting and expense-reduction initiatives at region level.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
