Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in TAM, Solutions, Deployment, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and AI-enabled developer tooling.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and expansion through customer outcomes.
• Executive presence and ability to discuss business value with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders.
• High-agency, scrappy operator thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of AI Deployment Managers with onboarding and coaching.
• Own post-sale account planning, including health, usage, risk mitigation, and expansion.
• Act as escalation point for complex deployments and high-stakes enterprise accounts.
• Build scalable processes that preserve speed and reduce friction in deployments.
• Guide rollout strategy, prompt design, context configuration, and internal enablement.
• Partner with Sales and Field Engineering to deliver seamless post-sale experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to reflect customer needs in roadmap.
