Job summary

Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management to lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will drive occupancy, financial performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction while directing Portfolio Managers and site teams.

The role partners with multiple departments and external stakeholders to optimize asset sustainability and risk management in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable and supportive housing, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong financial & analytical skills: NOI, forecasting, risk assessment.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office suite for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for an assigned portfolio of housing communities.
• Develop annual operating plans and measurable priorities for occupancy and financials.
• Supervise and develop Portfolio/Property Managers and leaders.
