Compass Group USA, through its ESFM division, seeks a Regional Director to oversee major accounts and provide regional leadership across local sites. You will drive growth, manage budgets, and lead initiatives across facilities management services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience with strong client relations, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, P&L-driven environment.

Position Title: REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Pay Grade: 18

ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Job Summary

This individual will manage a major account while providing regional oversight across local sites, leading key initiatives in the existing business and driving continued growth through new business development.
