Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop dining services teams.
• Strong interpersonal and analytic skills for district-wide operations.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and cost control in foodservice.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple dining accounts across a geographic region.
• Coach managers and drive professional development.
• Ensure food quality, inventory, safety and customer service standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with corporate support and ensure contract compliance.
