Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Dining Manager to oversee daily dining location operations, ensuring high food quality, safety, and customer service. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, training, and HR actions, while monitoring production, sanitation, inventory, and cost control.

You will also ensure timely financial and operational reporting and serve as a bridge between frontline staff and upper management to drive teamwork, operational excellence, and a positive dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ServSafe certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned dining locations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and service.
• Supervise dining staff, manage scheduling, training, and HR actions.
• Monitor food production, sanitation, inventory, and purchasing within budget.
• Ensure completed financial and operational reports are accurate and timely.
• Communicate with frontline staff and upper management to drive teamwork and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, production standards, and health codes.
