Qualifications
- Experience leading dining, dietary, housekeeping, environmental services, or related operations.
- Multi-location or regional leadership experience preferred.
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee dining and environmental services operations across multiple facilities
- Lead, mentor, and support dietary and housekeeping teams
- Develop and implement operational standards and best practices
- Monitor quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and service standards
- Partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support staff development, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Evaluate processes and implement improvements to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive resident experience
